We are Custom Home Builders in the Baltimore Metro area with over 25 years of experience in home building.
The principal and sole owner is Marty Bement. Marty is dedicated to the very best craftsmanship, authentic detailing, high quality materials, and creating a home that will stand the test of time.
We can work with a client in many ways. Typically, the client owns land and has some ideas about his or her prospective home. We can take it from there with a design-build approach, work with a client's already completed plans, or work hand in glove with a client's selected architect.
Many of our projects are put under contract through a negotiated bid process, where we work with the client's budget to arrive at the affordable project. If, however, you have completed plans and are seeking multiple bids we are happy to bid on your project.
We also build additions and renovate older houses. In fact, Marty started this business in Baltimore City, and has restored ten National Historic Register properties.
It is also worth noting that we offer the Home Buyer Warranty Program which provides one of the most complete ten year warranties on new homes; we are registered with the Attorney General's office for New Home Construction (MHBR no.10); and we are licensed by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC#19552), which provides a guarantee bond for home improvements. This Company is also a member of the National and Home Builders Association of Maryland.
